A lot of things we eat determines how healthy we are, this is a case of what you eat defines your health.
There are things we can eat to help us reduce or eliminate the chances of cancer, most people might think "it doesn't matter what i eat" this is not true at all, the human body immune system relies on some basic nutrients which helps to improve and aid to fight infections and diseases and cancer is one of those very dangerous diseases that one needs not to take for granted.
Having this in mind one must consider seriously what to eat and what not to eat at all.
To decrease our risk, we want to eat whole grains (such as whole wheat, barley, and oats) and plenty of fruits and vegetables.
Many fruits and vegetables have cancer-fighting potential. For example, lycopene, a phytochemical found in cooked tomatoes and tomato products, has been shown to slow the growth of breast, lung, and endometrial tumors and to reduce prostate, stomach, and pancreatic cancer risks.
